Qualifications and Capabilities
Jodi L. Medley-McMahon is the Principal QMS Consultant. Jodi has more than 18 years of manufacturing experience in several different industries. She has worked in leadership roles in process engineering, R&D, and quality. She has taught process improvement and problem-solving techniques to students in many industries, and at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. She has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Biology from Valparaiso University and a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. She has passed the Lead Auditor course for ISO 9001 Lead Auditors (Certificate 1033 from Stat-a-Matrix).
Jodi has helped a number of companies implement fully compliant ISO 9001 systems, and has a 100% first time pass rate for companies that had their systems registered to ISO 9001. She enjoys teaching internal auditing classes, SPC classes, problem-solving classes and team/meeting facilitation classes.
